Gordan Ramsey, a renowned chef with multiple Michelin stars and a popular TV personality, has recently launched Ramsey’s Kitchen at Harrah’s Las Vegas, which is owned by Caesars Entertainment.
During the grand opening earlier this week, Ramsey personally presented a special video message to the guests, while Christina Wilson, the Vice President of Culinary at Gordon Ramsey North America, joined Caesars Executives in raising a toast at the newly launched restaurant. Wilson, a celebrity in her own right, emerged victorious in season 10 of the immensely popular show, Hell’s Kitchen.
According to Dan Walsh, the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Harrah’s Las Vegas, the event marks a significant milestone in the history of Harrah’s. He expressed his excitement about providing guests with an exceptional dining experience for both lunch and dinner at Ramsay’s Kitchen. Additionally, he highlighted the convenience of having this restaurant as an option for attendees of meetings and events at the Caesars Forum Conference Center.
The recently opened restaurant, capable of accommodating 244 patrons, was crafted by AO, a design firm hailing from California. This same firm was responsible for the renowned Ramsey’s Kitchen located in Boston, MA. Caesars, the establishment’s owner, describes the restaurant as having an elegant atmosphere, complete with a bar and a secluded dining space. One of its standout features is a stunning array of copper-colored pendants made of glass, which gracefully hang from a reflective ceiling in the main dining area.
While it’s highly improbable that you’ll encounter chef Ramsey in person at the restaurant, you will have the opportunity to admire a three-dimensional sculpture of him crafted entirely from coasters.
Ramsay expressed his excitement about the recent addition, stating: “I am eagerly anticipating the opportunity to present one of my latest restaurant ideas, which happens to be the first of its kind on the West Coast, to the esteemed guests of Harrah’s. The menu showcases a selection of my personal favorite dishes that I have crafted in the comfort of my own kitchen, but with that unique Vegas touch.”
